Interesting! I wasn't aware of Pennsylvania's rulings specifically. Hopefully more courts make decisions like this based on the law and not inconsistent precedents. I still agree in this situation they should have investigated, but the perpetrator did themselves no favors by trying to drive away.

If the person was drunk and in the driver's seat with keys, they are already guilty of a DUI because they are in physical control of the vehicle. It would not be a DUI if they were in the back seat.

I wish Marta buses were better. I've reached the point where I'll only take the bus if the route has high ridership and I can see it running consistently with the app. Never again will I take the bus to Alpharetta lol

A hundred percent yes. I use google to find my route there and the Marta app to find out exact train or bus times. The app has real time tracking whereas I've found google is hit or miss with vehicles that aren't on time. And google is useless on weekends when they're running special schedules.
