I had a dream I learned how to fly. It was on a beach near a town among forests, and I was practicing flying over the ocean. I got really good at it and I texted my friend Victoria asking if she wanted me to teach her, and I flew down to meet her for lunch at a cozy outdoor café.

The music in my dreams, in the space between consciousness as I lay falling asleep, was louder than the music playing on my phone next to my ear.

I had music playing on my phone while drifting asleep and I told myself to turn it off; I imagined myself pressing pause but the noise of my dream went silent instead and I heard the real world music more clearly.

I really enjoyed the new Superman movie. After it ended, a little blond-haired boy held the door open as people were filing out and he was so excited to be helping. He said to his dad, "Look! I held the door open for people!"
