Not a big fan of the fake death scenes, mostly because they weren't that funny, and were too infrequent. But when you actually get to know Dick, the movie really makes gets you to appreciate your family while they're here.

I did really appreciate that it still managed to find opportunities to go into thematic analysis mode, especially for the last two archetypes at the end.

I went into this expecting a kind of trashy but somewhat competent horror movie, and while I did get that, there were a number of things that were impressive about this movie. The camerawork is way better than you'd expect, and the soundtrack is really good, too.

Winnie The Pooh Blood and Honey 2
I will say, this is an improvement on the first one in that it's obviously more competently made, and the costumes are a little more creative than just a rubber bear and pig mask with overalls. It's still just so incredibly dull, though.

This movie is funny mostly because it feels like a movie that was supposed to come out in 2012, and even then it still would've felt late to the party, and also how the main characters are supposed to be ugly, yet they're all very conventionally attractive.

The Ministey of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024), dir. Guy Ritchie
I really wish I was more of a Ritchie fan than I am, but this was definitely one of his more tolerable movies to me. It's still not great, but it's better than a lot of the blockbuster action movies this year.
