While Trump tries to destroy the economies of Mexico and Canada by making it too expensive for us (Americans) to buy their goods, let’s plan our vacations in Mexico and Canada! Spend our US money there so they can survive the tariffs…and maybe one day they will kindly annex us.

That was a deliberate “oversight.” Don’t pretend they would have stopped it. This is business as usual with this administration: Do something awful, say “We would never have done such an awful thing!” and move on to doing the next awful thing.
