Being supported, not picked on, by the teacher, despite having accommodations put in place via 504, makes a bigger difference in a kid's education than parents, IMO.

Waited till today to cancel my Amazon stuff (kindle, music, prime), because I wanted to make sure it was counted as part of the blackout. Walmart will be cancelled April 7, unless my subscription renews before that, then I'll get it at that time.

McClintock is perfectly happy to cut Social Security and Medicare. No response to me about why he thinks the tax cuts for the rich are more important than keeping SS (that my family relies on) and Medicare.
Does he think SS recipients pay taxes on it or something?

I had to leave my 1st demonstration early, but I did get a chance to ask 2 questions for McClintock: Why did he vote to cut my child's SS check, and vote *for* billionaires to get more tax cuts? And why is he not giving the same speech he did 12/3/2014- that the president can't set aside the law?
