The penny has long been accepted as something of minimal value, but now it has been supplanted by the Trumpcoin.

The penny has been the standard for something of minimal value, but now it has been supplanted by the Trumpcoin.

Forgive my ignorance but is this intended to be satire? Dr. Jill Biden has an EdD degree, Doctor of Education. There is no stage 5 level in cancer. Stage 4 means that the cancer has spread from the original organ to other organs. I have to admit I took this seriously.

Go to an AI (I used Gemini, but I think any one can do) and ask for the safety record of the Boeing 747.

Not this one either (former SP5 -- just curious, but who remembers what SP5 stood for?)

Serious? Who reliably called dead soldiers "Losers" and "suckers"? (Trump denies this but but Former Trump chief of staff John Kelly publicly confirmed that the reporting was accurate. )

Yes but -- which way is the money going? Is the celebrity being paid for the endorsement or is celebrity supporting the candidate and also contributing to the campaign?

When I was in pharmacy school we were told that 85% of the graduates would open their own stores -- but that was when the chains were taking over the market -- Walgreens, CVS, Duane Reed. Of course these chains are faced with Amazon and Wal-Mart, and changing shopping habits.

Once it took four years for Donald Trump to qualify as the worst president in American history, but with practice he's managed to achieve that rating in only a month,

I just got a Platinum 3776 Century Laurel Green ultra XF that I've been waiting for. I suppose I'm of an age where fountain tens were still the standard, and there were dip pens in school and our teachers poured ink into the inkwell. Of course ball points came along and most of us switched,

Hi Daisy -- My typing today has been abysmal, but I'm in a mood, and reading The World of the Crusades, which is sort of a sequel to God's War -- all of which is irrelevant, but what are you reading today?

If you were at risk of becoming pregnant it would be important -- and really it should have been.

I've got a decade or two more moments than you have, but I'm in full agreement.

What happened to truth, justice, and the American way?

President Biden was competent and modest, and his choice for the president to follow him was his equal in all respects. Sadly, the uninformed voters chose the worst possible candidate. I wish we could go back to being a democracy.

Somewhat related question: I cancelled the WaPo over the failure to endorse Harris. I cancelled the NYT because Krugman quit. I read a lot of stuff, but is there one paper (Guardian? USA Today?) that covers everything, even if it doesn't do it well?
