It use to be called import tax or custom duties and it's now called #Tariffs, just to confuse those that #TRump loves, to think that it's not a tax, but it is a TAX.
It is an INDIRECT TAX by the gov't, so the citizens wouldn't realise that their gov't is stealing their money.
