One thing I've been thinking about lately is how quickly new moves can spread now. When Jose Alvarado started "hiding" in the backcourt to try to steal inbound passes, it felt novel. Now it seems like every team has a player doing something similar.

For most of basketball's history, to learn a move, you probably had to have your coach -- or perhaps a teammate -- demonstrate it. National broadcasts and league pass made it easier to see what others are doing. But now you can see a thousand clips in the blink of an eye.
