NGL, I love having the confidence these days when I can wear a newish pair of 4-inch heels I haven't worn a lot yet and just absolutely slay in them while out in public ✨️

Post one of the most haunting shots in movie history from a film made before the year 2000
Perhaps a tad cheating to use this specific shot from this specific movie, but it's one that's stuck with me ever since I first saw it

We have a British film from the 70s that's unlike anything I've ever seen, a solid British short from the 50s, one of the better live-action Disney movies of the 90s and a sadly overlooked mid-2000s movie that resonated with me on a personal level

Just for fun name two completely unrelated movies that share the same director (NGL, I find it amusing that both Rodriguez movies in the National Film Registry couldn't be any more different from each other)

Although Nintendo was gradually phasing out making games for the GBA to focus on the DS by the time I received mine for Christmas 2006, the nostalgia I have for it remains deep as an adult (especially given the hours it felt like I poured into some of those games)

Plenty of movies on Letterboxd that I feel like people absolutely sleep on but this is very much one that I'm surprised doesn't have more love on there given its cult status

Maybe not "known" in the sense but I did get shockingly decent numbers on a tweet I did focusing on Jori (Jade/Tori from Victorious) and how they met the assignment of the viral tweet twice in the same TV season

Earlier today, I was watching the beginning of Star Wars Episode IV via the 1995 VHS since an arcade I was at had it playing on their TV near the front entrance

What’s a movie you think nobody but you and a handful of people have heard of, that you think is a fantastic film?
Sunburn (1999). Criminally overlooked late 90s movie with an incredibly young Cillian Murphy in his first starring role and a vibe that makes it perfect for the upcoming summer season

See a doc, post a doc. Cheating a bit by posting two but @gettinglostdoc.com deserves all the love in the world as someone who followed its production closely while I Am Big Bird is special since I got a DVD signed by Caroll Spinney a few months before he passed at a local convention

Introduce yourself with four movies.
On the left, we have a one-season Nickelodeon dramedy from the mid-2000s. On the right, we have a CBS sitcom whose cast includes Keegan-Michael Key (post Mad TV, pre-Key & Peele) and an extremely young Kathryn Newton as the daughter
