Today, in a District 6 FL town. There were 4 other events, 30 minutes away, N-S-E-W, so to see this turnout in a RED state is HUGE. Factor in that many work on Saturdays or don't have vehicles & it's even more impressive. FL tends to work retail hours & living wages are not the norm. #HandsOff

I was under the misguided impression that, generally, GenX was all about globalization, inclusivity, lable busting, & a heaping dose of 'fuck the man.' When I think of my age peers now, I think, "You were supposed to DESTROY the Sith, not JOIN them." Being 'divergent' has become a high compliment.

FL District 6 reporting in. I voted last Friday. I noticed there where more voters under 50 than when I voted last November. I also noted the blue candidate's table had more (positive) engagement. The workers at the red candidate's table looked positively sullen.
