Exactly 1 month and 2 days today when we had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of CIPD @cipd.bsky.social Peter Cheese. The CIPD Annual Conference & Exhibition was truly an unmissable event. Looking forward to 2025 Festival of Work in London and the Annual Conference and Exhibition in Manchester.

This week in 1991 - 33 years ago - Ukrainians voted overwhelmingly (92%) for their independence. In the Donbass region, the pro-independence vote was 85%. Even in Crimea it was 54%. Overall turnout was 84%. That day, Ukrainians chose to be sovereign and shape their own future.
