Got my copy of new Dirty Pair dub! I backed this on Kickstarter 4 years ago tomorrow! In that time Right Stuff/Nozomi were absorbed into Crunchyroll, I moved in with my girlfriend, bought a house, got married, adopted 2 dogs, and had our 1st wedding anniversary literally Friday! Time flies!

Got my copy of new Dirty Pair dub! I backed this on Kickstarter 4 years ago tomorrow! In that time Right Stuff/Nozomi were absorbed into Crunchyroll, I moved in with my girlfriend, bought a house, got married, adopted 2 dogs, and had our 1st wedding anniversary literally Friday! Time flies!
Forgot to post about it but I saw the first #DemonSlayerInfinityCastle movie! Absolutely amazing! The fact that I have 2 more of these to look forward to only makes me more pumped! My only critique is the steaks could’ve been better built up for Zenitsu’s fight but it still worked!

While we’re on the subject I wanna remind everyone that this circle is where the majority of property damage in Minneapolis was during the worst of summer 2020. The news made it seem like the whole city was on fire and that couldn’t have been more of a lie.

This ep introduces us to the principal who is Hawaiian, sounds Jamaican(most of the time),and is voiced by Scott McNeil. To Scott’s credit even though him doing the accent is uncomfortable he’s such an energetic performer you almost forget that most of the time. Still something best left in the 90s.

Cox is most associated with Inuyasha, a different protagonist from a Takahashi manga so in some ways it makes perfect sense but there are a few key differences between the two that show up especially after Sarah had been playing Roma one way for so long! It’s fine, but it’ll take getting used to!

Watched the first ep of #Ranma1/2 to feature Richard Ian Cox as Ranma instead of Sarah Strange! I heard it was very jarring and I definitely feel it but I don’t think it’s as detrimental to the show as I’ve heard people say! Everyone else sounds the same so it just feels like Ranma grew up a bit!

Saw #TheDayTheEarthBlewUp and it was super fun! Pete Browngardt and co did a fantastic job maintaining the spirit of classic Looney Tunes while telling a fun story with a lot of great jokes and tributes to old sci-fi films! Definitely worth the price of a ticket!

I’ve always been interested in basketball and I never understood why because nobody in my family watched basketball and I didn’t feel the same way about football or baseball which were on all the time in my house growing up, but looking back I’m starting to realize it might’ve started… elsewhere 😂

Watching #Bofuri and the voice of Remaru just happens to play a character that gets a companion that’s a slime! I’m pretty sure it’s a coincidence too since to my knowledge Brittney was cast in Bofuri season 1 before this character got a companion but either way it’s fun!

Every couple years I’m reminded of this thing I posted on fb in 2017 and I love how over half of the series/movies have since been dubbed! Come on Mind Game, Angel Egg, Monogatari, and the rest of Gintama! Let’s make it 7 for 7!

Merry Christmas everyone! Just wanted to pop in and recommend the new Simpsons special “O C'mon All Ye Faithful“! It’s possibly the best Christmas thing they’ve done in general! It was written by Carolyn Omine who I think is the best modern Simpsons writer at writing Homer! Stupid yet kind!
