There are competitive leagues too if you miss that side of things. Lots of ex semi pros getting into it too.

Nah, in walking football we can pass, play forwards, and retain possession! 😉

You’ll love it! Been playing since 2014. It’s more of a work out than it sounds. Uses different muscles compared to running football. Make sure you warm up thoroughly- it’s amazing how many pull muscles in their first few sessions, thinking it’s a walk in the park.
