I'd be inclined to think this, but somehow the Supreme Court were happy with the assumption that the writers of the GRA in 2004 did not understand the existence of and the interactions of the GRA with Sex Discrimination Act 1975 or The Sex Discrimination (Gender Reassignment) Regulations 1999

Interesting choice for Sinn Féin to repeatedly choose to become an instrument of the British government and take their orders.
I assume this means they'll also shortly sit in parliament and bend the knee like good subjects being it seems to want to campaign for increased British rule over Ireland.

I think this actually makes the UK seem better than it is as it hasn't yet factored the supreme court decision into the Equality and Non-descrimination section, which is still green for gender identity protections, and therefore hasn't yet considered the regressions on these points.

I was kidnapped, and didn't see the sun for a year but stuck it out on the proviso that I would still have some rights at the end as a woman, this new situation is untenable and not what I was signed up for against my will.
