Only its face and neck are shown. It looks like a huge, incredibly fierce, and frightening-looking black dog with its teeth bared, and looks as if its body is made entirely from eye-like bubbles and vein-like wisps of smoke rather than flesh and fur, giving it an unearthly and eldritch appearance. Even its nostrils look like little human skulls. Only after looking at the illustration for a while do you notice the gaping maw and sharp teeth of a second hellhound, to the upper right of the first. Only its jaw is shown.

New Doctor Who villains just dropped

I think that just may be the most wilfully avoidant framing I've seen so far. It's as if they're deliberately trolling us.

Oh, how nice. You're *considering* voting for a resolution. Absolutely not a half-assed gesture aimed at maybe kind-of sort-of mitigating the damage from the grave threat to democracy you helped bring into being.

Interesting (as in 'appalling') that the Telegraph used a photo of the police arresting the far-right and anti-trans Ben Lawrence to visually imply the idea of trans activists being violent. They probably thought they could get away with it due to the pink and blue colouring of Lawrence's shirt.
