in the span of three sentences, I am told that:
- Chicago uses 82.7 billion kWh per day*
- Chicago uses 30.2 billion kWh per year

*21 kWh for each of the 4 billion people that live there, I guess

I think that often, the more useful a tool is, the harder it is to commit to maintaining. the one project I've had to fully kill was because a group of researchers was using the data (court filings on cleveland evictions) and I just couldn't guarantee that it would be reliable long-term
