Do you reckon they can rebrand the hundred the 120 they really need to do away with this fourth format there’s no need for it. After all the whole argument of getting new fans families and children doesn’t wash the 2020 format was brought in in 2003 to do exactly that it’s actually more convoluted this for format taking off 20 deliveries doesn’t make any sense to get new fans into the game. It’s just more confused. Thank you, Andrew Strauss for picking the worst suggestion, I think the format needs scrapping the 20 over format is now established

There is a theory I agree with when it comes to interest in football, a lot of people would identify as football fans, but actually they’re only interested in their club. So club first football, second if at all. I am football first club second. it’s an important distinction to make I would prefer if more people were interested in football outside of their club and if you need to bet on football to make it interesting then you can with the best will in the world fuck off! My experience of cricket is the majority of followers care more about the overall sport than whatever team they might support. Does anybody else relate to this?
