Did you just make it a little greasier than you otherwise would or do you make it like you regularly would and then add a slug of oil to the leftovers? Also, isn’t it like two in the morning for you?

Does it? My bua swears up and down that you can’t freeze dal, but I just froze a bunch of taco lentils because it was that or have them go bad. But I haven’t defrosted them yet so I don’t know what it’s gonna do to their texture.
