I googled for you, "Innocent until proven guilty" is a fundamental legal principle meaning that a person is considered innocent of a crime until they are found guilty by a court of law.

Innocent, I only really trust the injuries to JOK don't, according to experts including the state medical examiner, match with a SUV hitting him. I also have an ER friend who, unprompted by me, said dog bite.

Why do you think the FBI stepped in and paid for accident reconstruction experts in this case? Honest question.
Those same experts found the state's theory doesn't align with JOK injuries or the targeted taillight damage.

There was as a woman of color out front of the courthouse yesterday - she drove from Ohio to support KR. She was falsely accused, imprisoned for 8 years on the same charges. So few can afford to go to trial to begin with. I'm not saying we wouldn't rally but it would be so unlikely we'd see it.

Carrie coon I think would crush that role. Karen can come off raw, unfiltered and unlikeable at times. She reminds me of Carrie's character in the leftovers.

I think I'm putting too much into it because it feels like injustice is so pervasive right now. If Karen can get justice, that will feel like such a win.
