It’s actually I-70 to I-15 so maybe you should use Google. Also with the storm that hit the mountains that week, plus holiday and ski traffic? absolutely the fuck not. South was actually pragmatic

Okay so to be fair, going I70 would have been over 20hrs at least given the snow storm. The NM route is 14 ish hrs from Co Springs (where he lived) and 12-13 best through I70 weather being perfect but this time of the year tack on at least an extra 2-3 hrs
