I'm sorry but IDC!! If I make a spreadsheet for a company and they use it after I leave, I don't keep getting money for them to use it.
In fact, anything you do while at a company, scripts, codes, etc. Belongs to the company you work/ed for. You get no compensation after the fact.

I don't hate it JUST because Musk gets money from it. I hate because it looks ugly, it was rushed to market for a cash grab, it doesn't hold to the promises, people use it to support musk, etc
