My favourite is blackened (some would say burnt, but to each their own)…eat the outer layer and then cook again and again til it’s gone :)

The northern lights…love the wispy look…I will be checking for the crisp clear ones over the next few days

I don’t think the effect shows up well in this photo. I used a stylus to add highlights on many parts of the centre image…the tea in the cup and carafe are both done with UV…it really brightened the colour as well, made it appear more liquid.
