My graduation diploma short film "Katharsis" (2012) already dealt with existential terror of nuclear fallout.

It is quite fitting that my first feature lenght documentary is also about nuclear threat.

Somehow this liminal theme of apocalypse has kept haunting me. You too, no kiddin?

There is no institution that represents the people of Planet Earth as a decision-making entity.

Perhaps there should be?

Given that leaders of nuclear power countries can pose an existential threat to all of humanity...

...should we make their election a global matter, not a national one?

Does the Future Have Hope, Ele Alenius? -documentary was screened at Korjaamo Kino Finland.

Alenius was a visionary who saw a future we are now living. This future is now in crisis: our social imagination has been hacked.
