Seems like @ossoff.bsky.social could vote No and the deal still pass so Im wondering y he is a yes tonight. Can he drop out of the GA Senate race and just run for GA governor instead? Not sure if or how that works.Course after this vote, both options could be dead in the water. Dam shame.

If Geoff Duncan has any shot of securing the Dem nomination for governor of GA, he must get black women on board and it will not be easy. Hoping he is spending a lot of time at salons, churches, community events, etc. discussing a REAL plan to help Georgians. Otherwise, he is toast.

Say what now? This could be interesting. The GOP/MAGA are sinking fast. However, there is a rift in the Dem party that was highlighted all the more in Kamala’s book.A smart candidate would take advantage of the moment to reach disaffected voters n both camps.Lets c how this plays out.

I think the issue is that they have been seizing power regardless if the government is open or not. Dems kept gov open n March and April 1st, tons of gov workers were riffed. Ijs.

It’s disgraceful. The attack on federal health workers in particular CDC workers this year has been disgusting.Yet these people r still working 2 protect the health of Americans.Ok, let this public health infrastructure fail and Americans r going 2 have a whole new understanding of #FAFO.

Exactly. @cnn.com did a little reporting, but crickets from @foxnews.com.web.brid.gy and @msnbc.com should be ashamed.I guess the CDC will actually have to be breached and a deadly pathogen released next time for the news to do in-depth covers on an attack on a federal facility.

At this point, any country in need of scientific expertise should be reaching out to American scientists directly. There has never been a better time to poach them.
