this got me thinking...they say ballot machines are safe bc not connected to the Internet, but they don't have to be if a program like 'Clear Ballot' is a Trojan horse. Not saying it is, but we are dealing with Nero-level bad guys.

Just remember, at election time it's the count of Ballot Images that are tabulated & not purely the paper ballots themselves.

So what else do you use a function tool like this for, if you don't also have access to actual ballots?

Actual ballots with proofs/watermarks etc?
