inside every* automaker's design dept:

is the Husky 801's wheelbase really almost FOUR INCHES shorter than the 790/890 Duke it's based on? lining them up in Photoshop by the engine cases I do see a slight difference but that still seems like a drastic, almost impossible change. if true, the 801's gonna be an insatiable wheelie monster

I've seen enough of these now to understand that it wasn't an owner mod and instead something Mini themselves must have done, possibly as a recall, when they finally realised how stupid the original reverse-direction arrow looked
Mini's UK-flag themed, reverse direction turn signals come up every now and then as the WCT/BS discussion topic of the day. I was finally able to catch this Mini I've seen around town a few times, whose owner clearly thought the same thing and made a necessary modification. what's WCBS's thoughts?

designers: can we work on the surfacing in this area for a few more weeks? the surfacing has to look absolutely perfect in every single view. even if that isn't physically possible. the surface is the most important thing, if it's wrong the whole car will look fucked.

adjacent car enthusiasm/ownership is one of my life's greatest pleasures

-my brother buying his Mazdaspeed 3
-my cousin getting a motorcycle
-TWO more cousins buying NA Miatas last year
-finding out at Christmas that yet another cousin got her motorcycle license

all of these made me weep with joy

I would own an easy-style oil drain valve today if every single option on the market didn't look like plumbing hardware. I mean, I know that's essentially what it is, but I'm putting this shit on my car. that I like. can someone make one in black ffs

BMW today:
G20. G21. G22. G23. G26. G28. G80. G81. G82. G83. we swear these are all different cars.
