Xbox is likely dead for sure, but I'm curious as to how this will effect PlayStation

I feel the only thing they may have going still is having physical games, though who knows how long that will be the case

Craftopia was a deliberate ripoff of Genshin Impact, and their next title is directly copying aspects of Hollow Knight

Craftopia is also still in Early Access and may well have been abandoned

I don't agree with Nintendo's litigious shit, but claiming PocketPair is somehow innocent is ignorant

You mean the company that deliberately rips off other games and claims to not use Gen AI despite having a game that's all about using Gen AI

As far as actually making games goes, Nintendo is pretty much the only one of the big three that still understands how video games should be, and still have a sense of ethics when making them (for now at least)

They're not without criticism, but a lot of the hate they get is super exagerated

For all of Nintendo's weird as fuck business decisions, they're generally pretty good about honoring artists and treating the people that work on their stuff well

This is something I've been looking forward to as a Vtuber with an older PC rig that makes it impossible to stream high fidelity games with Vtuber studio going at the same time

Being able to save on PC resources alone is going to be a godsend for streaming

This is the equivalent of buying a PC game at retail and getting a Steam download code in the box

It's stupid, a waste of resources, and does absolutely nothing but inconvenience the consumer and make game preservation that much more difficult
