I think “driving traffic” might actually be a negative for me. Social interaction is intrinsically valuable. It doesn’t need to derive its value from redirecting attention elsewhere.

ALSO , if the "A2J gap" really were 92%, our legal system would be so fundamentally, unfixably broken we should be burning it down. But maybe it's more like 17%? samglover.net/has-the-acce...
Has the Access-to-Justice Gap Shrunk to 17%? Or Grown to 92%?
In its 2022 report LSC found that the access-to-justice gap had expanded to a jaw-dropping 92%. But before we burn down the legal system let’s take a closer look at that number.

FWIW, ITC did feel to me a bit like ABA TECHSHOW for legal aid nonprofits. A bunch of scrappy lawyers and staff trying to leverage limited resources to deliver legal services. But yeah, the funding gap relative to for-profit legal tech is a Grand Canyon.
