with how expensive things are, im trying to cut waste where i can: I've got a bag of veggies cuttings in the fridge. just random bits that I feel bad wasting, bits of onion, garlic, mushroom, and a little ginger. maybe a little carrot. I'm thinking about some homemade stock when it's full.
