The long answer is these AI chips are largely linear algebra machines.

And LLMs are terrible. Generative AI is terrible.

But there are plenty of real world examples of machine learning in the science space.

But AI things are a huge bubble! Because capitalism went crazy.

I already avoid Paramount everything (yes, including Trek); and youtube can go die in a fire. Disney/Hulu subscription was cancelled; and I see no compelling reason to change that. Amazon is Amazon.
