We're just two people, so we chose the smallest HPWH we could find (50 USG/190 L). Couldn't be happier. We pay 6¢/kWh (~6.7¢AU) that comes from 99.7% renewable sources. It averages just over 2 kWh/day, year-round, and that includes the three or so months a year when incoming city water is just 5°C!

I see a few every week. It's a real pity that a bunch of rich teenagers driving their Fairladys into oncoming traffic (thus bringing about the RHD/JDM ban) ruined it all for real car lovers in QC. I drove a smart fortwo cabrio for 16 years, and it was plenty big enough for all my needs!
