Visited a vineyard yesterday - amazing wine being produced here. I appear to be a fan of the traditional old vine of Kefalonia and not the Sauvignon Blanc. Who knew!

Lovely lamb of Sunday. Slow cooked for 10 hours at 130 degrees 😋 smothered in garlic and wild garlic, well seasoned and left to infuse for 24 hours. Accompanied by hasselback potatoes and some gorgeous asparagus ♥️🧡♥️

Today I cooked a cherry clafoutis 🍒 and it was ok. Needed a bit of finessing, a few tweakments and it could become a favourite. I also have to do it again because I forgot to take a picture of it cooked! #food
