I won't deny this is a thing, but I enjoy Sam as Cap. I'm just not sure this studio knows how to make something good anymore. This thing has I think 13 writing credits and it shows.

This is complicated, because he actually has performed at a very high level and a lot of "busts" don't. His career PER is 12th all time if he played enough games to qualify. It just feels like his career will amount to nothing.

That's another way of saying trying to move on without them was such a catastrophe that they had to resort to this.

I see people who want this to be Truth Social for the left, and others who want it to be what Twitter was 10+ years ago. Guess it depends on which one you lean towards. It'd be nice to have civilized policy discussions on big issues that don't wade into culture war hysteria.

I thought this was the place to come to actually engage with people. I didn't say we should bring the worst elements of that place over here for sake of intellectual diversity. That would defeat the point.

I'm one of those who brought it up with zero interest in driving people back to Musk's propaganda machine. I think it's a legitimate concern on multiple fronts.

It’s not just the number. He rode the bench in Utah for 3 years. He wasn’t a full time starter until he was 25. Getting and holding those two records is just crazy.
