ICYMI, Colorado's resident dipshit, Lauren Boebert, donned a racist Halloween costume and was accompanied to a party by her boyfriend dressed in an ICE getup.

The guy's a f'ing idiot. Surely someone at the WH has plugged various numbers in the ACA calculator to see results.
It's insane: Earn under salary cap, you can get policies as low as $0/mo.
Go over, and lowest-cost policies are in the $2,000 to $3,000/mo range for a couple, depending on age.

The dumbass has no idea, nor does he care, that insurance policies outside of the ACA marketplace are outrageously expensive.
Try $3,000 a month, you cretin.

A health care executive collapsed in the Oval Office during a press briefing today. After peering briefly at those giving aid, our very stable genius assumed his customary put-upon pose.

The man who collapsed is reportedly doing OK. Trump, not so much.

John Lewis, a man who had more integrity and goodness than all of the Republicans in today's Congress -- and, for that matter, the entire Republican Party, one coast to the other.

The Trojan horse - that was Trump's idea. He came up with that.

I have questions.

From the NYT website:

When things look grim, cheer yourself up with this. At left, last month's No Kings rally in Boston. At right, Trump's first inauguration.

House Oversight Committee now has a copy of the birthday book bearing Trump's illustrated note for Epstein, according to the Wall Street Journal.
You know, the inscription Trump said didn't exist.

Damn. Looks like I grabbed a bogus photo from Wikimedia Commons. There are an unbelievable number of variations, many of which are apparently conception drawings and not the real thing.
From websites peddling the coins, I find these. The one on the right looks more like a trading card.
Will update.

From Trump's favorite newspaper, the New York Post, under the headline, "Dow plunges over 950 points after Trump calls Fed’s Powell ‘a major loser’ for not lowering rates."
As the inimitable Pee Wee Herman might say on Jerome Powell's behalf, "I know you are but what am I?"

I don't know who created this, but bravo.

"The parade would occur on Trump’s 79th birthday. He’s magnanimously sharing the occasion with some of the people he once famously described as suckers and losers – the men and women of the U.S. Army."

If there are any congressional staffers here, maybe they can help us out: Is this posted anywhere in the Capitol? Maybe outside House Speaker Mike Johnson's office?
