I listen to this album aaaalll the time when i need to demustify my brain and reset. It was on the top of my to-buy list but just never did it until now. This is one of those albums that you better not have an overhead light on whiel you play it. ambient only! #vinylsky

5. Yosui Inoue - Two Colored Top

Partial shout out to the translate app for giving me his name (they got the album title wrong). Excited to dig into this one further but the cover really drew me in and then Ray Parker Jr. playing on the album solidified it. cool ass rock #vinylsky

Another record i had to get for the hyperlocal nature - this group is from Newark, NJ. I don't know much about gospel music which is maybe why it feels so refreshing to listen to...among other reasons! #vinylsky

got this one for two reasons - idk why but i have a hard time finding old haitian records from female artists while crate digging. the other reason is because i specifically collect haitian records that were distributed in brooklyn! #vinylsky

the og trio will always have my heart but i love this album because you can hear motown gradually shifting towards this grittier and moodier sound that's more reflective of that post-mlk assassination era #vinylsky
