The Korea Entertainment Producers Association is asking NewJeans to go back to ADOR, saying the decision to terminate contracts could set "a very dangerous precedent that threatens the sustainability of the Korean pop culture and arts industry."

Temporary venues have been done before. We saw it during the Paris Olympics. Munich also built a temp venue for Adele’s concerts.

First things first, Rogers Stadium is meant to be a temporary venue before a developer repurposes it and turns the area into a new neighborhood with housing. That means the stadium will only be around for about five years, according to reports.

The skepticism is very fair amongst the public, given the city’s track record around construction. But we have to remember Toronto is also a rapidly developing city. We have also seen how quickly condos can be built. It seems like if there’s a will, there is a way.
