Since humans are not binary when it comes to sex or gender, they need to come up with a new way to define sports level categories. They have weight classes in boxing and MMA so why not come up with something similar for other sports? That way every one can compete fairly.

Hope you find a place that you can be comfy in. I've never rented, always owned as I love nesting in a new place and making it mine (and I feel the need to alter my environment regularly so owning was the way to go). Lots more responsibility but also feels more secure.

It will do no good to build more houses if people can't afford them. Make obtaining/keeping a home more affordable first then you will have more people who will need those new houses.
