This is challenging if it's benzos. I halved mine for 2 weeks, then went every other day for 2 weeks, then every 3 days. Now I'm at as needed and actually feel a lot better. I think it was making the anxiety worse.

They're pretty cheap on eBay. Very heavy and full of metal. Makes the most annoying sound in the world and you have no idea who's calling you when it rings. It was frequently used as a murder weapon in 80s movies and TV shows 😂

Nothing felt better than slamming the receiver on one of these when angrily hanging up on someone in the 1980s. I suggest smashing this instead. It's beyond satisfying!
