Plenty of women wear wigs. Plenty of women struggle with having to wear them. I work with a lot of African women, they all wear wigs. I don't have an issue with my wig wearing but I do feel 'fake' sometimes. I hope in time those feelings will weaken? I definitely see myself as a WIP.
