Twitter is mostly people shouting at each other. Bluesky appears populated by groups of academics huddling together for solace and safety, and talking to themselves ( though not much to each other…).

I went to see Stoppard’s ‘The Invention of Love’ at the Hampstead Theatre. I was expecting a gruelling evening, despite Wilde’s appearance as a ghost. In fact it was…brilliant.
