I have levelled up my shading if I can say so myself. A bit of a remake of an older sketch posting way back when. But, it's more of a preview of some bigger thing I work on. Nice to actually be back to doing art after like a month.

Yes I did disappear for a month. Was taking a mental break from social media, needed to clear my head a bit.
I have some art going, but currently a lot of effort went into continuing my game. It's janky, but now we have an actually playable full combat loop.

This is getting ridiculous.
I remember last year's Art Fight being extremely one-sided, yet this time I haven't seen any side having any noticeable advantage.

Been a while since I shown off any game progress... because there wasn't much.
Now, the first big break is a basic AI system. We have a AI-controlled unit, able to perform basic tasks like move/shoot.
This looks simple, but it's like 400+ lines of code here.
