RIP George Lowe (voice of Space Ghost from Space Ghost Coast to Coast)

SGC2C was incredibly formative to my sense of humor growing up, and with C Martin Croker (Zorak and Moltar) and now Lowe gone, there are very few folks left from the series. Bummer.

Cosplay Update!

I've added a belt, better pants, and got the shirt design. Blasters are drying a final clear coat. Waiting on the helmet & walkman. Pretty happy with this overall.

Working on a costume for #indianacomicconvention. So far so good. I don't want to shave my beard like I did for casual Wolverine, so it was this or Thor. And Thor’s not happening anytime soon

The only people who will understand this image are long-time #PokemonGO players. But for the ones who get it, the amount of immense relief I currently feel unmatched.
Image of the Pokemon GO ‘Special Research’ tab, in which it appears that a minor questline titled ‘Welcome Party’ has been completed. For context, ‘Welcome Party’ was given to all players on Oct 16, 2023. Special Researches are not supposed to take a year and a half to complete. This one task has had my obsessive-compulsive brain buzzing since its inception due to the sheer amount of time it has taken to mark it off the list.

It’s soup season, folks
Picture of an old, yellowed newspaper clipping of a recipe that reads: “CREAM OF PEANUT SOUP ¼ cup butter or margarine 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons flour 2 quarts (8 cups) chicken stock or broth 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 cup light cream ⅛ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt Paprika for garnish (optional). Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add celery and onion. Cook until tender but now browned. Add flour, and stir until mixture is smooth. Gradually add chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Blend in peanut butter and simmer 15 min-utes. Stir in cream, salt and pepper. Heat and serve in soup bowls. Garnish with paprika, if desired. (Makes 8 servings.)”
