i remember watching a louis rossman video abt him complaining over macbook hinges being way over engineered and it mentionned this specific sensor being responsible for checking if the lid is closed or not and it being a common point of failure lol

my m4 pro mbp is my first mac and its honestly really nice, i was already using an ipad pro+magic kb case for years bcs artist so i need the pen but i got this lappy for upcoming job needing a more proper computer and it's oretty amazing. much nicer than any past laptop ive used

i think edit in the photos viewer app can do it + trimming, clipchamp is awful its legit just a wrapped webpage too idk how anyone expects to use this crap its baffilingly bad

fr-jp here, this is my pov from france on twitter. i would recommend switzerland instead as they arent part of the eu or eea. ireland and france got blanket banned on some sites due to them being in "europe" and americans overcomplying assuming the uk is still in eu/eea
