The second side of loneliness is a public/community side. When it feels like the US is burning down it's values and hurting the marginalized and downtrodden. When you look around and see so much hate and no one seems to be doing anything. It's isolating and feels hopeless. (2)

I think there's 2 sides. There's personal loneliness, where you're around ppl and just feel less connected. Like the ppl around you don't see things the same way, as if they live another reality. Or that the reality everyone else has is just so much more hopeful than what yours is. (1)

I have felt that way these past couple of years too. But now, I'm better. Not life changingly better, but better. I'm not perfect, and we'll never be. But you might get better as the years pass. Keep trying and try to find help where you can. I'll try my best too ❤️
