I agree that the children shouldn't feel guilty. They should feel empowered to learn from their elder's mistakes, educated and strong enough to stop rascism and more in it's tracks, powerful enough to ensure no repeat of the past horrors and educated enough to recognize what's happening.

I am in his district & agree that not enough know, and that's not ok. It has a lot to do with living in a R supermajority & seeing all the stuff that doesn't get punished. It's easy to lose faith. We are trying to make a difference, & I can see small changes, but it's definitely an uphill battle.
