If I were a con law professor, the entire course would be thirty seconds long: the constitution means whatever the court says it is at the moment. No point in assuming precedent means anything; why bother studying it?

My wife and I are both attorneys, and have asked ourselves several times the last half dozen years what the point is of the profession since federal courts have determined the law no longer has any meaning

Funnily enough, if you stream house on Prime, you don’t get Teardrop as the opening theme - they apparently didn’t pay for the rights. I’ve long arguments with my teenage kids that the cheap electronic music they use instead is not, in fact, massive attack, no matter what the captions say 😂
