Catfish is criminally underrated.
Cookbooks are underrated. Such a gold mine of good recipes. One of my faves is the Southern Living Cookbook, but I recently got a cookbook full of Thai recipes from Jet Tila that I’m excited to try out.

The endless pop-ups, pop-unders, videos, and other garbage make the average food blog unusable. And now half the recipes and images are AI generated. I actually made my own food blog specifically to get away from the enshittification. Fight the machine!
