Labour Governments’ policy to loosen the bureaucracy around planning applications for new homes, is resulting in precious green belt land (such as the area known as Spondon Wood - see photo) being re-categorised as grey belt in order for controversial applications to be approved. Shameful 😡

We criticise the NHS but rarely share our +ve experiences. Saw physio at GPs Weds pm, referral to x-ray. Appt at 4.20pm, today, then sent straight to A&E. Seen by ENP & out by 6.40pm. Excellent service all the way through, thank you to all involved.

After an absence from the gym since Feb 2020 & a fracture of my left kneecap 1 yr ago which reqd. surgery to repair, I’ve been back in the gym for 4 weeks & yesterday, I pushed 50kg on the leg press. Given I used to push 150kg, I still have some way to go. However, I am chuffed to bits 😁
