I made bread for the first time!

I chose the sky-high focaccia from "Good Things" by Samin Nosrat. The way she talks about food always brings me such joy.

It went into the spread for our Pathfinder 2e game today.

Making focaccia for the first time today, so while the dough is proofing, I threw together a quick lunch of grilled chicken, kefir labneh, and chili crisp with a few townhouse crackers. Really really satisfying!
