The young man above came from Crockett. Then it started to rain, which is such a blessing! So we started to disperse. When I walked home, I saw TWO Monarch butterflies. I haven’t seen one in two years. Is this is a sign from God that Monarch butterflies will return but King Trump’s reign is ending?

The No Kings RALLY protest in Palestine has wrapped up. I Trump flagged up car, a truck that belched black smoke on the lot of us, and a motorcycle that tried to drown us out with noise. Many, many more honked their horns in support including a couple of semi’s. People came from all over East Texas.

No Kings Rally Palestine, Texas, October 18, 2025. We have over 100 people here. At the last Kings rally we had less than 20. Trump has made a believer out of a lot of people. He means what he said, and none of it was good.

Here at the Palestine, Texas NO KINGS RALLY at the corner of Crockett Road and Park Avenue. The crowd is almost entirely white and we’re getting support from the street. Notice some of the leisurely ways people are protesting. They’re still protesting.
